Hyperbrite Battery Replacements
For each purchase of a Hyperbrite battery-operated product, the manufacturer offers lifetime battery replacements to the original purchaser as an extra step in providing top-of-the-line customer service. The following details, policies, and procedures apply to every request for additional batteries and can be changed, modified, updated, or otherwise altered at any time with or without notice.
Coverage
The policy covers only the amount of batteries that came with the original product, no more and no less. Each product either features slots for two (2) or four (4) three-volt CR2016 batteries in order to operate the LED module. This policy does not apply to any other product offered unless the product explicitly states otherwise.
Shipping
Each set of batteries for your product will be sent to the original purchaser at a zero-dollar charge for the item. The manufacturer does not cover shipping costs for replacement batteries, and those will need to be paid up-front before any product can leave our warehouse. Shipping costs can range from $0.99-$5.99 depending on the shipping destination and quantity of batteries ordered.
Requesting A Replacement
In order to request a replacement set of batteries, head on over to the Replacement Batteries page and select the item you originally purchased from the drop-down menu. Next, place your order and pay the shipping costs. We will then contact you by e-mail for a copy of your original sales order as proof of purchase. Once we have that, the warehouse will begin processing your oder and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. It’s that simple!
