Stubby Legs offers a comprehensive “No-Hassle Warranty” to each purchaser of our hardgoods products on our website. Specifically this is intended to cover all Hyperbrite brand pet safety products, but also can include other branded products if listed on the product page.
Effective Date
The “No-Hassle Warranty” known hereafter as “the warranty” is effective as of date of receipt of the product by whatever means it was delivered to the purchaser (via mail, courier, truck, transit, or in-person).
Warranty
The manufacturer warrants these products to be free from defects in workmanship, parts, and materials for the lifetime of the product so long as it is used in residential methods true to its intent.
This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser listed on the sales order only and shall be considered void if transferred, sold, or otherwise.
Eligibility
When submitting a request for a warranty claim, the product must be paid for in full, delivered, and not already have exceeded the allowed claims for that order number. We reserve the right to limit the number of replacements under this warranty or deny warranty claims if the product was given away as a “free” promotion, Black Friday doorbuster, or other heavily-discounted coupon, promotion, or offer.
Each purchase is entitled to two (2) warranty replacements during the life of the product.
Right To Remedy
The manufacturer reserves the right to remedy the issue by replacing the product with a like-model if the original product ordered is unavailable for any reason. Additionally, the purchaser must pay the shipping cost of the replacement. Returns and refunds are not available for products outside of the Stubby Legs return policy.
Exclusions
All softgood products and print-on-demand products are excluded from this warranty as detailed above. Softgoods are defined as t-shirts, blankets, clothes, or other soft-material item.
This warranty does not apply to any battery products included or purchased separately.
The warranty will not cover any lost or stolen items.
How To Submit A Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email a description of your problem to stubbylegsco@gmail.com along with a copy of your original receipt. You may be required to send back the damaged item so that we can examine it to improve the manufacturing of future products.
